We are currently seeking a Planisware Implementation Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Position SummaryThe Implementation Consultant with Planisware expertise leads end-to-end delivery of Planisware SaaS solutions for clients, from initial design to go-live, ensuring alignment with business strategies, processes, and best practices. This customer-facing role involves configuring solutions, facilitating workshops, and driving user adoption to deliver measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver full implementations of Planisware solutions, including design, configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
Analyze client strategies, governance models, processes, and methodologies to translate business needs into Planisware-aligned designs.
Lead workshops, design sessions, user trainings, and change management initiatives to support adoption.
Act as a trusted advisor, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement areas throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, R&D) and client stakeholders from project managers to executives.
Provide ongoing support for solution maintenance, user guidance, and long-term customer success, including renewals and growth.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, project management, or related fields, with proven Planisware expertise.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills with excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
Proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and thrive in fast-paced, international environments.Preferred SkillsExperience in project/portfolio management, Agile methodologies, or industries like Pharma/Biotech.
Knowledge of databases, scripting, object-oriented programming, or tools like SQL, Oracle.
