Job Description

Plant Finance Leader

Preparation of AOP, Rolling Forecast
Prepare Monthly Financial Reporting in line with requirements and timelines.
Ensure accuracy and timelines of operating results, Cash and Capex
Provide Reports and analysis to Plant teams to drive plant performance.
Ensuring Month end closings, tracking account analysis and variance analysis
Work closely with Plant Manager to resolve issues and problem solving exercises.
Co-ordinate with Shared services team for smooth accounting of the plant related transactions
Assist Management with coordinating annual physical inventory and monitor weekly cycle count
Complete timely and accurate account reconciliations
Coordinate with all Financial auditors for audit of plant financials
