Job Description
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute pre-sales strategies for real estate projects.
· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
· Provide technical support and expertise throughout the pre-sales process.
· Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve pre-sales efforts.
· Lead and mentor the pre-sales team to achieve targets.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
· Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in pre-sales or real estate sales.
· Proven track record in driving pre-sales processes and achieving targets.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
