| Drafting of New Process Notes & Amendments to Existing Process Notes as per regulatory / internal requirement |
| Sub processes with RCSA/FMEA Risk Rating as High to be reduced to Medium / Low within 6 months of rolling out |
| Study in Areas having Financial Impact for Bank & Customer - As per Approved KRA |
| Study in Identified Critical Areas Regulation / Policy / Process and implement CAPA - As per Approved KRA |
| Lean Improvements - Eliminate Manual Control / Fix of Gaps - 5 per Quarter |
| PQA Helpdesk - Timely resolution of queries from stakeholders resolutions & FAQs preparation |
| Branch Visits aimed at Training & Feedback - As per Plan |
| Monthly Training to Stakeholders & Addressing Queries |
