What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Core Procurement Operations 2. Process Transition & Knowledge Management (Critical Requirement) 3. Create, review, and maintain process documentation such as: o SOPs / DTPs /Work Instructions o Process maps and RACI 4. Governance, Controls & Compliance 5. Stakeholder & Client Management 6. Continuous Improvement & Transformation 7. Team & Delivery Support Procurement Operations involve the process of acquiring goods and services that a business needs to operate. This includes identifying needs, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders. The goal is to obtain quality products at the best possible prices while ensuring timely delivery. Effective procurement operations help control costs, maintain supply chain efficiency, and support overall business objectives. They are essential for the smooth functioning of any organization. A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. It consists of: the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close.
What are we looking for? •Adaptable and flexible •Ability to perform under pressure •Problem-solving skills •Detail orientation •Strong analytical skills • Experience in global procurement transitions (US/ EMEA / A?AC) • Exposure to healthcare or large enterprise procurement environments • Knowledge of SOX controls and audit frameworks • Lean / Six Sigma or Transition Management exposure is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
