Product Analyst - Survey Modernization

Job Description

Role Overview The Product Analyst supports the development, accuracy, and reliability of the self‑serve survey publishing and output‑generation capabilities within the Discover platform. This role focuses on validating survey logic, metadata capture, output structures, and end‑to‑end user workflows. The Product Analyst partners closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, properly implemented, and thoroughly tested before release. This role plays a key part in ensuring that survey creation, deployment, and reporting tools deliver a seamless and trustworthy experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate survey publishing workflows, survey logic, metadata fields, and automated output generation to ensure alignment with defined requirements
  • Review new or updated survey features during development cycles, confirming that business rules, branching logic, and user expectations are accurately implemented
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure high‑quality delivery
  • Conduct structured testing of survey creation, editing, publishing, and output‑generation workflows, including edge‑case evaluation and end‑to‑end validation
  • Document validation findings, track issues, and support resolution through release
  • Monitor survey tool performance post‑launch to identify quality risks, user‑reported issues, or opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and validation skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • 4+ years experience
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear validation criteria
  • Experience collaborating with development teams or participating in UAT processes
