Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with client expectations. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate concepts and adapt strategies promptly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures that the product evolves in a way that meets user needs while fostering innovation and responsiveness throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment on product goals.
- Monitor product progress and adjust priorities based on feedback and changing requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey product vision and requirements to diverse teams.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and roadmaps with a focus on customer-centric outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in agile environments, facilitating iterative development and continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
