Production Engineer

Job Title: Production & Quality In-Charge

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated candidate with a strong interest in the Mechanical Engineering field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the quality of all production activities.
• Ensure that manufactured components meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations and production processes.
• Coordinate with machine operators, supervisors, and management to achieve production targets.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
• Identify production or quality issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping throughout the plant.
• Manage manpower, production planning, and overall plant operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong interest in manufacturing and quality control.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining, quality inspection, engineering drawings, and measuring instruments will be an added advantage.
