Production Planning & Scheduling Analyst

• Liase with Sales team & plant team to understand and support the change request
• Responsible to Support interim allocation changes as requested due to business condition
• Plan, confirm and communicate a buildable sequence of vehicle orders for IMG Assembly Plants.
• Order priorities, market allocations, availabilities of parts and components to be considered, as well as internal and external capacities.
• Be proactive in identification of new process, technology, and business opportunities.
• Possess solid communication and collaboration skills to foresee and highlight potential requirements gaps

1. Responsible for development of Op Plan towards monthly sales Program
2. Responsible for development of optimized operating plan for the plants based on sales demand
3. Take responsibility for deliverables including work estimation, planning, communication with process analysts
4. Analyse and daily control of the order availability considering buildability and layout in line with the specified production program.
5. Liaise with Sales team for market allocation, capacity constraints team / SCM for material availability, Vehicle logistic team for Export vessel shipment plan and manufacturing team for plant constraints to achieve and maintain a buildable order layout.
6. Liase with IT on Enhancements. Engage with Global team on system issues and fix. 

• 4+ years of experience in Operations planning/Demand Planning

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Supply chain with solid technical expertise and superb troubleshooting skills across various scenarios.

• Deep expertise in Problem solving, release management and operations processes and standards.
• Exposure in Production scheduling / Forecasting / Facility Capacity Planning section in Manufacturing / Engineering Industry.
• Proficient in PC-based software (Microsoft Suite, Python, Excell Macro, SQL etc.).
