Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Freshers for the role of DL Trainee to support our Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments. The candidate will undergo hands-on training and assist in day-to-day plant operations, machine handling, process monitoring, quality checks, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Production

• Support daily production activities on the shop floor
• Monitor machine operations and production output
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules
• Follow safety standards and company SOPs
• Assist supervisors in maintaining productivity targets

Quality

• Perform basic quality inspections and checks
• Maintain records of inspections and production reports
• Identify defects and report deviations to the concerned team
• Support implementation of quality standards and procedures

Maintenance

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Support machine setup, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of machinery and tools
