Job Title: Project Site Manager (Civil & Interior)

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Salary Range: ₹55,000 – ₹65,000 per month

Working Time Zone: IST

About the Role:

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Project Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and interior execution. The role is focused on managing end-to-end site operations for a high-quality residential bungalow project. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely project completion with high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Management:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for civil and interior works

• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

• Plan and schedule work activities to meet project

deadlines Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers

• Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams

• Act as the main point of contact between site and management

Quality Control & Safety:

• Ensure all construction and interior work meets quality standards

• Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues proactively

• Implement and monitor safety practices at the site

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track daily progress and maintain site reports

• Identify delays or challenges and take corrective actions

• Report updates to senior management on a regular basis

Resource & Material Management:

• Manage manpower and ensure efficient utilization of resources

• Monitor material usage and coordinate timely procurement

• Avoid wastage and ensure cost-effective execution

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in civil and interior projects

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out works and site execution

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work fronts independently

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing interpretation 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on residential bungalow or villa projects

• Prior experience handling full-cycle site execution independently
