- Minimum Relevant Site Experience (QC)
- Strong Knowledge of Construction Quality Standards
- Knowledge of IS Codes & Specifications
- Ability to Inspect Materials & Workmanship
- Experience in Cube Testing & Material Testing
- Knowledge of QA/QC Documentation
- Ability to Prepare Checklists & Snag Lists
- Experience in NCR Handling & Closure
- Familiar with Pour Cards & Inspection Requests
- Ability to Read and Interpret Drawings
- Good Coordination with Contractors & Engineers
- Basic Computer Skills (Excel / Word)
- Good Communication & Reporting Skills
- Ability to Work Independently at Site
- Strong Attention to Detail & Quality Mindset
- Willingness to Work Under Site Conditions
