Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspection & Quality Control
  • Perform in-process, final, and incoming material inspections.
  • Verify dimensions, alignment, and assembly using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
  • Conduct visual inspections for surface finish, defects, and overall product quality.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality logs.
  • Document non-conformities and report to the Quality Manager for corrective actions.
  • Support preparation of PPAP, FMEA, and other quality documentation.
  1. Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Participate in audits and support root cause analysis for defects.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Suggest improvements to reduce defects and improve product quality.
  • Assist in implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Work Environment:

  • Shop-floor and production area exposure.
  • Shift-based work schedule may be required.
  • Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
