Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Planning: Preparing initial budgets, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans for material, labor, and equipment.
- Tendering & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities, and negotiating with contractors and subcontractors.
- Cost Monitoring & Control: Tracking project costs, evaluating variations, managing cash flow, and providing financial reports.
- Contract Administration: Managing contractual claims, payment applications, and settling final accounts.
- Site Evaluation: Visiting construction sites to monitor progress and verify work quality.
