- Lead and manage the real estate sales team
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Handle customer inquiries and provide property information
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Train and motivate the sales team for better productivity
- Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
