*Role Summary*

As a Telecaller, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and investors. Your job is to reach out to leads, understand their property requirements, share relevant options, and schedule site visits for the sales team. Strong communication in Tamil and English is key.


*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Outbound Calls*: Contact fresh leads from our database and handle inbound inquiries about properties.

2. *Requirement Mapping*: Ask the right questions to understand budget, location, BHK, and timeline.

3. *Pitch & Educate*: Explain property features, pricing, and USPs clearly without overpromising.

4. *Follow-up*: Maintain a consistent follow-up cycle for warm and cold leads via calls and WhatsApp.

5. *Site Visit Coordination*: Schedule and confirm site visits with the field sales team.

6. *CRM Management*: Log every call outcome, customer details, and next steps in Zoho/Excel/CRM daily.

7. *Target Achievement*: Meet daily and monthly call and appointment targets set by the sales manager.

8. *Feedback Loop*: Share common objections and customer feedback with the sales and marketing team.


*Required Skills*

- *Communication*: Fluent in Tamil and English. Hindi is a plus.

- *Sales Mindset*: Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.

- *Listening Skills*: Understand customer needs quickly and respond clearly.

- *Basic Tech*: Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.

- *Attitude*: Patient, target-driven, and consistent even on slow days.
