About the CompanyMotherland Foundations & Realty is a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in premium plots, apartments, and investment opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Telecaller who is passionate about customer interaction and lead conversion.
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and investment benefits.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with interested customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/MS Excel regularly.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
