Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Studio Manager / Admin / Receptionist to manage the daily operations of our studio. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and is responsible for administrative coordination, client handling, scheduling, and supporting the studio team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, friendly, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities—including employee payroll—in a fast-paced, creative environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage client bookings, appointments, and the studio calendar
  • Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email communications effectively
  • Coordinate with makeup artists and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations
  • Maintain studio cleanliness, supplies, and overall organization
  • Oversee inventory management and restocking
  • Process client payments and handle billing documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and manage monthly employee payroll
  • Track attendance, leaves, and working hours of team members
  • Assist in basic accounting and liaise with external accountants if needed
  • Help with social media updates, client follow-ups, and feedback collection



Qualifications:


  • Experience in administration, front office, or studio management
  • Prior experience managing employee payroll or HR admin tasks is preferred
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic accounting tools
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask and take initiative
  • A positive attitude and a client-focused mindset
