Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our gym. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for members and visitors while efficiently managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle check-ins, registrations, and membership inquiries
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to customer queries
- Maintain records of memberships, payments, and attendance
- Schedule appointments, classes, and personal training sessions
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting
- Promote gym services, offers, and membership plans
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing systems, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
Preferred Qualities:
- Interest in fitness and wellness industry
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively
Salary: 15,000-20,000
Working Hours:
- 8.5 hours per day (including breaks)
