Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our gym. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for members and visitors while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle check-ins, registrations, and membership inquiries
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to customer queries
  • Maintain records of memberships, payments, and attendance
  • Schedule appointments, classes, and personal training sessions
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting
  • Promote gym services, offers, and membership plans

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing systems, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus

Preferred Qualities:

  • Interest in fitness and wellness industry
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively

Salary: 15,000-20,000

Working Hours:

  • 8.5 hours per day (including breaks)
  • Shift timing: [Specify shift, e.g., Morning / Evening / Rotational]
