Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – INTERIOR DESIGN, JOINT VENTURE, CONSTRUCTION Company: Adhera Homes Openings: 2 Experience: 1–4 years Qualification: Any Graduate
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads for interior design, construction, JV development, and plot layout projects
- Explain project details — location, pricing, plot sizes, JV model — to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and understand client budget, timeline, and requirements
- Schedule and convert calls into site visits and design consultations
- Fix appointments between prospects and the sales/design/legal team
- Maintain daily call logs and update lead tracker / CRM
- Follow up consistently on warm leads until closure
- Achieve daily call targets (50–80 calls) and weekly site visit targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Real estate or construction telecalling experience preferred
- Confident and persuasive phone manner
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
- Basic computer skills — Excel / Google Sheets
- Fixed salary + incentives on site visits and bookings
- Exposure to interior, JV, and plot layout verticals
