Job Description
Position: Front Office Executive
Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹17,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for visitors and customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and guests in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and manage front office registers.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and emails.
- Support administrative and back-office activities as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Provide information regarding company services and assist customers with basic inquiries.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Front Office or Reception roles is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Chennai will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
