Job Description
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
Register patients and maintain accurate records.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
Verify patient details before registration and billing.
Guide patients to the concerned departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff.
Maintain daily reports and reception records.
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Preferred Industry Experience: Healthcare / Hospital / Clinic / Medical Center.
