Position: Front Office Executive / AdminLocation:

Job Responsibilities:
Handle front office activities and manage reception area professionallyAttend and direct incoming calls, emails, and visitorsMaintain office records, files, and documentsCoordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsSupport day-to-day administrative activitiesManage office supplies and vendor coordinationMaintain employee attendance and basic MIS reportsEnsure smooth office operations and housekeeping coordination
Required Skills:Good communication skills in English and TamilBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Presentable and professional attitudeGood coordination and multitasking abilitiesAbility to handle visitors and clients professionallyQualification:Any GraduateFemale candidates preferred (optional – based on requirement)
