Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment:- Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Screening & Assessment:- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess communication skills, experience, and domain expertise.

Market Awareness:- Stay updated on industry-specific compensation benchmarks, salary expectations, and talent trend
