Job Description – HR Executive (Debt Recovery Agency)


Position: HR Executive


Department: Human Resources


Reporting To: HR Manager / Operations Head


Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities for our Debt Recovery Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, statutory compliance, performance monitoring, and overall HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecallers, Field Executives, Team Leaders, and Support Staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Conduct joining formalities and employee induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.


Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
  • Verify attendance, incentives, and reimbursement data.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees.

Performance Management

  • Assist in tracking employee performance and productivity.
  • Support performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding performance improvement plans.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records.
  • Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements, and ID card management.

HR Administration

  • Prepare HR reports and MIS on recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
  • Manage employee database
  • Support other HR-related activities as assigned.


Required Skills

  • Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience hiring Telecallers, Collection Executives, and Field Recovery Executives.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Collections, BPO, Financial Services, or Debt Recovery Industry.
  • Familiarity with attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee retention strategies.
