Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience to attract top talent for the organization.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand hiring requirements with department managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Work on employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Ensure hiring targets and turnaround times are met
