Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales / Direct Sales
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma
CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Field Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets by meeting clients in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and business establishments within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through direct field sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and explain company offerings effectively.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and service.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Relationship Management, Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, Telecom Sales, or FMCG Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is preferred.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in B2C or B2B field sales.
- Strong local market knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field visits.
- Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
