Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to drive sales of EOT crane services, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), spare parts, modernization, refurbishment, inspections, and breakdown support. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, coordinate with service teams, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities for EOT crane services and maintenance contracts.
- Promote AMC, preventive maintenance, health audits, modernization, crane relocation, and refurbishment services.
- Sell crane spare parts, hoists, control panels, VFDs, brakes, wheels, wire ropes, and other crane components.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
- Follow up on quotations until order closure.
- Develop and maintain relationships with factories, industries, warehouses, logistics companies, and manufacturing plants.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
- Customer Support ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Register service requests and coordinate with the service department.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits and emergency breakdown support.
- Track service progress and update customers regularly.
- Coordinate with engineers for site visits and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare service reports, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate technical issues when required.
- Support invoice follow-up and payment collection.
- CoordinationWork closely with service engineers, stores, purchase, and accounts departments.
- Coordinate spare parts availability before dispatch.
Maintain communication between customers and internal teams.
