Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customers' financial goals and recommend appropriate life insurance plans.
- Generate new business through referrals, leads, and networking.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for policy renewals and premium payments.
- Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and claim procedures clearly.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance and financial products.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Assist customers with policy servicing, endorsements, and claims support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Portfolio Management Services(PMS)
