Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of ethical considerations into artificial intelligence initiatives. This role requires guiding teams to develop and implement AI solutions that adhere to established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position demands active collaboration across various departments to ensure that AI technologies are responsibly adopted and aligned with organizational values. Leadership and advocacy for responsible AI practices are central to daily activities, fostering an environment where innovation and ethical accountability coexist harmoniously.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI principles within the organization.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on ethical AI objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to build capabilities in responsible AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms and tools for scalable AI deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on ethical implications of AI technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
