Kitchen Supervisor

The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all night-time production and operations, ensuring smooth workflow, product quality, employee discipline, and achievement of daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate night shift staff and production activities.
• Ensure production targets are met as per schedule.
• Monitor product quality and hygiene standards.
• Manage attendance, shift allocation, and worker discipline.
• Track raw material usage and report shortages or wastage.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are operated safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production records and prepare shift reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and maintenance needs.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures.
• Handle emergencies and resolve operational problems during the shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or operations supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
