We are Hiring for 4 Star Hotel!!
Position : Waiter / Steward
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist them in selecting food and beverages.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Attend to guest requests and resolve complaints courteously.
- Prepare bills and process payments as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and service areas.
- Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and grooming standards.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Prior hotel or restaurant experience is preferred.
