Restaurant Captain

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the restaurant.
• Train and onboard new staff members, providing ongoing support and feedback.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of service and presentation.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and address any issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of 10th Pass.
• 1 - 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar supervisory role, ideally at Chaayos.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
