Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Guest Service & Experience: Greet and seat guests warmly, provide detailed menu recommendations, and handle any special requests or dietary needs.
- Dining Room Supervision: Oversee the flow of service at assigned stations, ensuring all tables are attended to promptly and correctly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior servers, bussers, and hosts to maintain grooming and performance standards.
- Operational Coordination: Liaise with the kitchen and bar to time courses effectively and ensure order accuracy.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints immediately, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
- Billing & Payments: Process final bills accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and perform end-of-shift cash-outs.
