Retail Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment methods.

• Generate and manage billing invoices efficiently.

• Ensure the cash register balances at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and reconcile discrepancies.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving customer complaints politely and promptly.

• Support inventory management through accurate billing and record-keeping.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the billing area.

• Assist in routine audits and financial checks conducted by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in retail cashiering or billing operations preferred.

• Proficient in handling cash registers, billing software, and digital payment systems.

• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask efficiently.
