Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and quick-learning Sales Audit Executive to oversee daily sales team activities and ensure all sales data is accurately monitored, verified, and uploaded into company software systems. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience who are strong in data handling, technology-friendly, and eager to learn modern business tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify daily sales activities of the Sales Team
• Ensure all bookings, collections, and client details are properly updated in CRM/software
• Cross-check sales entries with invoices and payment proofs
• Maintain accurate reports using Excel and Google Sheets
• Track pending updates and follow up with sales team members
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit summaries
• Identify discrepancies and escalate to the reporting manager
• Ensure adherence to company policies and documentation standards

Required Skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, data management)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of Power BI for data visualization (added advantage)
• Familiarity with AI tools and ChatGPT for reporting, data support, and productivity enhancement
• Ability to analyze data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Quick learner with strong observation skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Responsible, organized, and process-oriented mindset
• Prior Quality check or Audit experience
