Job Description
Mortgage Loans:
- Primary Purpose: Buying a home/property or borrowing against an already owned, unencumbered property (Loan Against Property).
- Asset Type: An appreciating or long-lasting immovable asset (building).
- Collateral Risk: Because mortgages involve large sums, defaulting leads to foreclosure, where the lender seizes the property to recover the debt.
Lead Generation: Find new clients via cold calling, field visits, and market mapping.
Partner Network: Build and activate relationships with channel partners, builders, and direct-selling agents.
Client Consultation: Meet applicants face-to-face to explain mortgage options, interest rates, and eligibility terms.
File Processing: Collect initial financial documents, verify details, and hand over complete files for underwriting.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sourcing, sanction, and disbursement quotas.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance or Commerce preferred).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in banking, NBFCs, or retail asset loans.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and local language proficiency.
Mobility: Valid two-wheeler license and active vehicle ownership for local travel and client visits.
