Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the educational or training industry and strong sales leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations
• Lead, train, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets
• Drive student admissions and revenue growth
• Handle walk-in enquiries and convert leads into admissions
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents
• Plan and execute sales strategies to improve performance
• Track team performance and provide regular reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training sector
• Experience in managing a team is mandatory
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
