• Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch of materials.
• Schedule vehicles and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Resolve dispatch, delivery, and logistics-related issues.
• Maintain sales, dispatch, and customer records in the ERP system.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and dispatch reports.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, accounts, and customers.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Logistics, or Dispatch, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
