Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and motivated female candidates to join our Sales team as Sales Coordinators in the BFSI sector. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience to build a rewarding career in financial services. The incumbent will support the sales team in achieving business targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational coordination.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Support & Coordination
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets for financial products such as insurance, loans, mutual funds, and banking services.
• Coordinate between clients, sales executives, and back-office teams to ensure timely processing of applications and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS dashboards.
• Handle incoming leads generated through digital channels, branch walk-ins, and referrals, and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries related to financial products and services.
• Follow up with prospective clients on pending applications, renewals, and policy/loan documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate client meetings, schedule appointments, and send reminders to sales team members.
3. Documentation & Compliance
• Collect, verify, and process KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, income proof, bank statements) in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing of client records in compliance with IRDAI, RBI, SEBI, or AMFI norms as applicable.
• Flag any discrepancies or non-compliance issues to the reporting manager promptly.
4. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from existing databases and cold lists to introduce financial products.
• Conduct follow-ups on pending leads and maintain a detailed lead tracker in CRM systems.
• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, seminars, and product launches.
• Support digital marketing initiatives by coordinating social media responses and online customer queries.
5. Administrative & Office Coordination
• Manage correspondence (emails, letters, messages) on behalf of the sales team.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, NBFCs, AMCs, or banking partners for policy issuance, loan disbursals, and product-related updates.
• Maintain stationery, forms, brochures, and other sales collateral for field team requirements.
• Track attendance and daily activity reports of field sales executives if required.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
Education Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / BSc preferred)
Experience0 to 1 Year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Age: 18 – 28 Years.(preferred)
Languages: Proficiency in local language + Hindi / English
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and maintain data in Excel sheets.
• Understanding of BFSI products (Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds, SIPs) is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client objections professionally.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Punctual, professional, and presentable for client-facing interactions.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
• Number of leads generated and converted per month.
• TAT (Turnaround Time) for document submission and processing.
• Client satisfaction scores and renewal rates.
• Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports submitted.
• Attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline record.
