Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote products, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Roles & Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business
- Visit clients and conduct field sales activities when required
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitors
- Skills Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Ability to work under targets
- Team handling and customer management skills are an added advantage
