Job Description
JD - B2C Parcel FOS TL
1. Team Performance Management
Manage and drive performance of FOS agents against defined KPIs, including lead volume,
lead quality/relevance, and conversion targets. Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable
feedback to improve productivity.
2. Market Expansion & Intelligence
Identify and explore new market opportunities by conducting on-ground visits. Assess business
potential, estimate market size, and provide insights on competitor positioning, customer
behaviour, and prevailing market conditions.
3. Training & Capability Development
Train new FOS agents on effective sales pitching, objection handling, and customer
engagement strategies to improve conversion rates and field efficiency.
4. BTL Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and executing Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives across targeted
business clusters to drive awareness, lead generation, and merchant acquisition.
