Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and energetic candidates for Sales Promoter / Field Executive roles. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, visiting project sites, and promoting products at retail stores and distributor points.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit apartments (ready-to-move & under construction)
Connect with owners, architects, interior designers & builders
Promote and sell Berger Paints products
Generate leads and close sales
Work at retail stores and distributor locations
Ensure product visibility and availability at stores
Build strong relationships with store owners and distributors
Local language mandatory
Support overall sales growth in assigned territory
Salary & Benefits:
Take-home Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Petrol Allowance: ₹5,000 per month
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Eligibility Criteria:
10th Pass & above
Freshers / Experienced both can apply
Good communication skills
Willing to work in field sales and promotional activities
Must have 2-wheeler & valid Driving License
