Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Alliance Executive to expand our retail network and strengthen business partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new retail opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent product visibility and availability across assigned markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the retail and supermarket network by onboarding new retail partners and identifying business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, and other business partners to achieve sales targets.
• Handle retail tie-ups and ensure smooth execution of business agreements with the company.
• Drive sales of FMCG products, Own Grocery brands, Fruits & Vegetables, and Branded Grocery categories.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to increase product visibility and customer engagement.
• Ensure adequate stock availability and maintain attractive product displays across all assigned retail outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels, prevent stock-outs, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business expansion in the assigned territory.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the management team.
• Preferred Candidate Profile
• 0–3 years of experience in FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce, or Sales.
• Good understanding of retail operations and supermarket management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to plan promotional activities and execute market development initiatives.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil is preferred.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an added advantage.
