🏡 Hiring – Sales Manager
Company: Premier Housing & Properties
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team.
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through various sales activities.
- Handle inbound & outbound (cold) calls to identify potential customers.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate and conduct customer site visits.
- Work closely with telecallers to ensure effective site visit conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and close property sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities to generate business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
- EligibilityExperience in Sales is mandatory.
- Real Estate Sales experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team spirit.
