Sales Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager for our PVC pipes and fittings business to drive sales growth, expand dealer and distributor networks, and strengthen relationships with contractors, builders, and project clients. The role involves managing and motivating the sales team, achieving monthly sales and collection targets, maintaining strict credit discipline, onboarding new customers, increasing share of business from existing accounts, and ensuring regular market coverage. The Sales Manager will track sales, collections, outstanding balances, and inactive customers, provide regular reports to management, and share market intelligence on pricing, competition, and demand trends. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in PVC pipes or building materials, strong team-handling skills, is field-oriented, disciplined with follow-ups and collections, and focused on execution and results.
