• Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and maintain good client relationships

• Explain project details and schedule site visits

• Convert leads into successful sales

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Follow up with customers through calls and direct interaction

• Support property promotions through advertisements and listings

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer handling

• Required Skills Tamil speaking is mandatory

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to achieve sales targets

• Good customer service approach

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

• Professional telephone handling skills
