Job Description

  • Attend and respond promptly to all incoming customer calls and enquiries.
  • Understand customer transportation requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
  • Generate quotations and follow up with customers until booking confirmation.
  • Convert incoming leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle allocation and customer support.
  • Update customer details, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
