Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Solar B2B Sales Executive to drive commercial and industrial solar sales. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, along with prior experience in solar energy sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and develop solar projects.

2. Meet commercial and industrial clients to understand their energy requirements.

3. Present solar solutions, cost savings, ROI, and project benefits to clients.

4. Handle end-to-end sales activities including site visits, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.

5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

6. Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in solar B2B sales is mandatory.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

3. Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, power purchase agreements (PPA), and solar tariffs and policies is preferred.

4. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.

Preferred:

1. Experience in handling C&I (Commercial & Industrial) solar clients.
