Sales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and dynamic female candidates (Age Limit 20-35) for the position of DG Sales Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead generation, follow-up activities, and supporting the sales team for DG sales enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain products/services and generate sales enquiries
• Follow up with customers for quotations and order confirmation
• Maintain customer database and daily call reports
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements
• Achieve monthly sales and calling targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English
• Basic computer knowledge and email handling
• Telecalling or sales experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Preferred Skills

• Convincing and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and customer handling ability
• Team coordination and follow-up skills
• Any Degree / Diploma preferred
• Candidates with qualification in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Diploma, BE/B.Tech can apply
